SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant for a part-time, up to 20 hours per week role in our busy Indianapolis clinics. You'll work directly with patients and providers, supporting daily operations and front desk when needed, with two weeks of paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of medical experience with phlebotomy, injections, and vitals, or 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with venipuncture and injections preferred.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must be able to work clinic hours and part-time up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take manual vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by a provider.
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens.
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controls.
• Ensure correct labs are ordered and prepared.
• Assist with weekly inventory and ordering.
• Support front desk when needed.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic team.
• Create a friendly, positive patient experience.

Medical Assistant – Part-Time, Up to 20 Hours Weekly

SynergenX & Low T Center are growing, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing Medical Assistants who bring a great attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people.

This is a part-time position with a maximum of 20 hours per week. If you're looking for a quiet job where every day looks the same, this probably isn't it. Our clinics are busy, fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly patient-focused. We want people who can keep up, jump in where needed, have fun with their team, and make every patient feel welcome and cared for.

You don't need years of experience or a long list of certifications to get started with us. We're looking for candidates with the right foundation, strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and the personality to thrive in a busy clinic.

We provide two weeks of paid training, and Medical Assistant certification or licensure is not required.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll work directly with patients and providers while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. You'll be trained on our processes and become an important part of the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your day may include:

• Taking manual vitals
• Performing routine blood draws
• Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by a provider
• Preparing and processing laboratory specimens
• Maintaining lab equipment, documentation, results, and quality controls
• Making sure the correct labs are ordered and properly prepared
• Assisting with weekly inventory and ordering
• Jumping in to support the front desk when needed
• Working closely with providers and your clinic team
• Creating a friendly, positive experience for every patient

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical proof of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in a medical setting performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of at least 180 externship hours
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification is preferred, but not required
• Experience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections is highly preferred
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• Must be able to work the clinic's scheduled hours
• Must be available to work a part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Part-time employees may be scheduled within these clinic hours based on business needs and clinic coverage.
