SynergenX is seeking motivated Medical Assistants to join our growing team. You will support providers, take patient vitals, perform blood draws, administer injections, and help create a comfortable, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; documentation required.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals, or 180 externship hours completed.
• Experience with venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; background check completed.
• Flexible with clinic hours, including occasional late hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual patient vital signs.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed.
• Maintain lab equipment and quality control procedures.
• Document and maintain accurate lab results and records.
• Run in-house laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside facilities.
• Ensure appropriate labs are ordered and prepared for each patient.
• Complete weekly inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate patient care.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
• Previous experience with venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
• Must be flexible with clinic hours, including occasional late hours and weekends

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
