• Check patients in for appointments.
• Update patient demographics as needed.
• Obtain release of medical records from patients.
• Collect co-pays and handle nightly deposits.
• Obtain vital signs and breathalyzers.
• Collect urine samples and prepare for lab testing.
• Witness patients for observed dosing and observed urine.
• Perform skin assessments.
• May draw patient blood samples.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and stock.
