Job summary

Ideal Option is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Waldorf, MD to join our team. You will provide administrative and clinical support, assist providers, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($20.40–$21.40 per hour), generous benefits, and a schedule Monday through Thursday with weekday mornings and evenings. We value compassionate patient care and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Support clinic providers and patients with a variety of tasks related to patient care.
• Check patients in for appointments and update demographics.
• Collect co-pays and assist with deposits as needed.
• Obtain vital signs, administer breathalyzers, and collect urine samples.
• May draw patient blood samples and ensure clinic cleanliness.

Education
