Ideal Option PLLC in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to provide administrative and clinical support. You will assist clinic providers, manage front office tasks, and help ensure smooth patient flow in a team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, BLS/CPR certification, and CMA or national certification preferred. Responsibilities include checking in patients, collecting specimens, vital signs, and keeping the clinic clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain MA licensing where applicable.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in for appointments.
• Update patient demographics.
• Obtain and release medical records as needed.
• Collect co-pays and secure nightly deposits.
• Measure vital signs and conduct breathalyzer tests.
• Collect urine samples and prep for lab testing.
• Witness dosing and observed urine where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and restock supplies.
