Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in Kennewick, WA to support clinical and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate data handling, and teamwork.

Location: Kennewick, WA. Compensation: $19.85–$20.85 per hour. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:00pm, with days to be determined by the hiring manager. Benefit options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain MA licensing per state.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• CMA or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Checks patients in for appointments and confirms/update demographics.
• Obtains and releases medical recordsจาก patients.
• Collects co-pays and makes deposits.
• Measures vital signs and breathalyzers.
• Collects urine samples and prepares for lab testing.
• Witnesses patients for observed dosing and urine tests.
• Performs skin assessments and may draw blood.
• Keeps clinic clean and orders supplies as needed.
