Job summary

Ideal Option in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support both administrative and clinical tasks in a fast-paced clinic. You will assist providers, prepare patients, collect specimens, and help with front desk duties while delivering compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate has MA licensure (state as applicable), CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to work a full-time schedule in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA licensure as applicable by state.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification; CMA or national certification preferred.
• Proficient in computer systems and clinic software; strong patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in for appointments and verify demographics.
• Obtain vitals, breathalyzer results and urine samples for lab testing.
• Assist with observed dosing and urine observations as needed.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and supply levels; order cleaning supplies.
• Collect co-pays and perform nightly deposits; support front desk activities.
