Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• Medical Assistant certification or registration is required.
• EMR experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience with geriatric patients is preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room Oak Street Health patients and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist providers and care team to deliver high-touch primary care.
• Record vital signs and review medications.
• Support telephonic and in-person patient care as needed.
• Order supplies and stock exam rooms; maintain infection control.
