Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties.
• Answers clinic calls and directs to appropriate staff.
• Greets patients and guides them to the appropriate department.
• Schedules patient flow and appointment arrangements.
• Screens patients for new address/visits and updates registration.
• Maintains patient waiting areas and front-desk organization.
• Verifies and collects patient payment information.
• Handles patient inquiries with diplomacy and confidentiality.
• Attends department staff and clinical meetings.
• Supports EHR/EPM implementation.
