Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support providers and deliver exceptional patient care across day shifts. You'll work directly with patients, assist with clinical procedures, and help coordinate care while contributing to a positive healthcare experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MA program/externship, and valid CPR certification, with opportunities for growth in a mission-driven, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with completion of MA program and externship/internship.
• Current CPR certification and relevant state licensure or credentials.
• Ability to perform clinical tasks and support patient care.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support better health outcomes.
• Coordinate care and serve as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
