Inspire-Health-Medical-Group in Fresno, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant to prepare patients for exams and procedures, and assist physicians with surgeries and procedures. You will document vital signs, schedule tests and manage lab specimens to ensure efficient patient flow.

The role requires current CPR certification and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus. This is a nonexempt, on-site position in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• One year work related experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Certified California Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures and assist physicians with procedures.
• Record vital signs and chief complaints in patient charts.
• Schedule appointments, tests and procedures; obtain and process lab specimens.
• Assist physician in any other way to ensure effective patient flow.
• Restock patient rooms with supplies and maintain OSHA logs.
