Job summary

Patient First is hiring for roles across our medical centers to deliver quick, quality care. You will assist with triage, vitals, phlebotomy, and basic treatments under Physician and Nurse supervision. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, demanding teamwork and strong communication.

The positions require a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of clinical experience preferred. Benefits and ongoing training are provided to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum typing experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work at any center due to staffing emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Locate patients and obtain accurate vital signs by visual and auditory measures.
• Triage patients and assess medical condition; prepare for physician/nurse exams.
• Use the electronic medical record system and document notes.
• Order lab, x-ray, and medical supplies as directed.
• Notify nurse/physician when patient is ready for exam; communicate symptoms.
• Assist nurses and physicians with patient care and treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and related lab duties.
• Sterilize and set up instruments; restock treatment rooms.
• Receive and store supplies; maintain cleanliness; complete OSHA-related tasks.
• Attend staff meetings; support center operations; foster teamwork.
