Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Ability to hear pages, bells, and phone system.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work at any center due to staffing or center emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Locate patients and obtain vital signs using visual and auditory cues.
• Use the electronic medical record system.
• Order labs, x-ray, and medical supplies as directed.
• Notify nurses or physicians when patient is ready for exam and relay questions.
