Job summary

Humana Inc. via CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Medical Assistant to be the first contact for patient care, handling administrative tasks and direct patient care. This role includes phlebotomy, vaccine administration, vital signs, and documentation in the EMR, with collaboration with Physicians and AP Providers.

Experience in phlebotomy and medication administration is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Phlebotomy experience.
• Medication/vaccine administration experience.
• 1+ year MA experience.
• CPR Certified.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred; must pass proficiency exam).

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and vaccines and performs phlebotomy.
• Obtains vital signs and assesses symptoms.
• Documents patient information in the EMR and supports clinical team.
