Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification within 120 days of hire; MA certification (NHA, AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA) required.
• CPR certification (AHA) and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating patient care under supervision of the health care provider.
• Prepare and room patients; record vital signs and medical history.
• Review and update medication lists in the EHR; manage patient records.
• Administer and document medications following policy and safety guidelines.
• Support lab testing, instrument sterilization, and back-office duties.
• May serve as a scribe with training; follow up with patients per provider instructions.
