Qualifications

• Strong customer service excellence expected.

• Experience with EMR strongly preferred (Athena preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; MA program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in delivering patient care and clinical procedures.
• Take vital signs and prepare patients for visits.
• Enter patient history and visit information into the EMR accurately.
• Administer vaccines and medications as ordered by the provider.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-up testing as directed.
• Maintain room stock and monitor exam room supplies.
