Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide both administrative and clinical support in our clinics. The role requires independent work and teamwork, with duties that vary by location and department.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling visits, preparing charts, collecting vital signs, assisting physicians, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant degree from an accredited program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Distribute patient records to staff and prep new patient charts.
• Obtain patient vital signs and document in EMR.
• Assist physicians during procedures and coordinate with RNs/LPNs.
• Maintain OSHA standards and training compliance.
