Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and relevant MA training preferred.
• Must pursue CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NAHP within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient in EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient patient flow and assist with exams.
• Document vitals, allergies, and visit reason; update records.
• Assist with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Maintain clean, safe exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Provide courteous, professional patient interactions and teamwork.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and safety protocols.
