Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification within six months of employment.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and prepare exam rooms.
• Assist physicians and nurses with procedures per protocol.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients professionally to support satisfaction.
• Perform delegated procedures as appropriate for the specialty.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by supervisor.
