Job summary

Mosaic Health, LLC. is hiring a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support in outpatient and hospital settings. You will take patient histories, vital signs, and assist with exams while maintaining documentation and patient safety.

Responsibilities include EKGs, immunizations, specimen collection, lab processing, and accurate EHR entries. Coordinate appointments, referrals, and insurance verifications to ensure smooth patient care flow.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; knowledge of medical terminology.
• All certifications (CMA, CPR, BLS) must be kept current.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures; support wound care and tests.
• Perform EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection per policy.
• Prepare and process lab specimens and point-of-care tests.
• Document accurately in the EHR and coordinate patient flow and referrals.
