Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Princeton infusion center. You will welcome patients, assist medical staff, and deliver safe, compassionate care in line with guidelines and regulations.

We value prior administrative experience and strong initiative, with a schedule of Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. CPR/BLS is required prior to start. This full-time role supports a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required before start date.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year in admin, patient-facing, or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient care activities.
• Room patients in person or virtually and update charts.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses.
• Provide front-end support: greet patients, scheduling, calls, payments.
