Vivo Infusion in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our infusion center team. This role welcomes patients, assists medical staff, and delivers compassionate care in line with guidelines and regulations.

A background in administration is valued for efficient patient flow and accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has clinical experience, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently, including high school completion and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification required before start date.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical environment required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients and staff, welcoming patients and delivering safe, compassionate care.
• Room patients and update charts with required information.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses for continuity of care.
• Provide front-end support: scheduling, calls, and payments processing.
