Vivo Infusion in Princeton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our infusion center team. You will welcome patients, assist medical staff, and deliver compassionate care in line with guidelines.

The role includes administrative support, scheduling, and front-end tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. The position requires initiative and the ability to work independently; schedule is Wed-Sat 7:00am–6:00pm, full-time, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start.
• 1 year of clinical experience is required.
• 1 year in administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide front-end support, including scheduling and payments.
• Room patients and update charts with required information.
• Coordinate with providers and nurses to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in exam rooms and with specimen collection as directed.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
