VIVO Infusion is seeking a Medical Assistant/Clinical Service Specialist to join our Philadelphia team. You will welcome patients, assist clinicians, and support daily operations in a fast-paced infusion center environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year in a clinical setting plus administrative or customer service experience. The position is Full-time with weekday and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical environment.
• 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist front-end scheduling, and payments.
• Room clinic patients in person or virtually and update patient charts.
• Communicate patient data to providers and nurses for continuity of care.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, calls, and processing payments.
• Oversee exam room turnover and assist provider in the exam room.
• Obtain, process, and submit ordered patient lab specimens.
