Job summary

Cedar Point Health is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant/Clinical Aide to join our outgoing team in Ridgway and at other CPH clinics. We offer a tuition-paid MA certification program with in-house training while you work.

You will assist providers, perform basic procedures, manage records, and help ensure patient comfort in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Schedule is 40 hours weekly with coverage across clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a physician's office is a plus but not required; training available.
• Willing to train and offer MA certification programs in house.
• HIPAA compliance training and patient confidentiality are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and complete charting before sending to provider.
• Perform office procedures under Provider direction (Phlebotomy, EKG, Spirometry).
• Assist Providers in triaging walk-in patients and during procedures.
• Order medical supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and complete annual HIPAA training.
