Qualifications

• Must have experience in a physician’s office or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient records prior to appointments.
• Prepare patients for examination; take vitals, height and weight.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies.
• Gives injections and assists with EKGs and tests as needed.
• Maintain medication records and administer meds per physician order.
• Triages and schedules same-day appointments; respond to patient inquiries.
• Assist providers with patient education and self-management.
• Maintain relationships with outside caregivers, labs, pharmacies, and insurers.
• Perform other related duties as required.
