Job summary

Cedar Point Health in Ridgway is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant/Clinical Aide to join an outgoing team. Training for MA certification is available in-house, with opportunities to learn clinical and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or achievable.
• Willing to train for MA certification in-house; prior physician office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and complete charting before sending to the provider.
• Perform office procedures under provider direction (phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry).
• Assist providers in triaging walk-in patients and during procedures.
• Order medical supplies and stock exam rooms with items.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI compliance.
