SynergenX Health in Chattanooga is hiring Medical Assistants who bring energy, a great attitude, and a desire to help people feel their best. You’ll work with providers in a fast-paced clinic focused on hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness, gaining hands-on experience and learning something new daily.

We’re seeking friendly, organized, dependable team players who excel at patient communication and teamwork. No certification yet?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals or completion of a 180-hour externship.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Taking manual patient vitals.
• Performing routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administering IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Assisting providers with patient care and procedures.
• Running in-house labs and preparing outside lab samples.
• Maintaining lab equipment and quality-control documentation.
• Helping with inventory, ordering, and supplies.
• Supporting front desk operations when needed.
• Building positive relationships with patients and teammates.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic.

What You Need

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
