SynergenX | Low T Center in Pineville, NC is seeking a PRN Mid-Level Provider (NP/APRN/PA) to join a hormone replacement and wellness-focused clinic. You’ll partner with leadership to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting, with an emphasis on clear communication and a positive team dynamic.

The role requires active NC NP/PA licensure, a current DEA license, a CS license, and availability for weekend shifts plus a paid two-week training period after clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered, with no disciplinary action.
• Current DEA license to prescribe controlled substances.
• Current Controlled Substance license.
• Available to work Saturdays as described (2 Saturdays in 4 weeks; 3 Saturdays in 5 weeks).
• Available for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training after clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced clinic while delivering a welcoming experience.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans within established protocols.
• Educate patients about health and treatment options.
• Build relationships and trust with patients, communicating clearly.
• Explain medical information in an easy-to-understand way and collaborate with leadership.

Required Qualifications

Credentialing & Screening

As part of our standard screening and credentialing process, our Credentialing team will verify applicable professional licenses and NPI/taxonomy information.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to confirm that required licenses and credentials are active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
