SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care and keep daily operations running smoothly at our Sugarland, Texas clinics. This onsite role offers a friendly team, two weeks of paid training, and opportunities to grow in healthcare with our supportive team.

Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, venipuncture, injections, lab tasks, inventory, and front-desk support. Travel between clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.

Clinic operating hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM


• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM


• Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
