Jobot is seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant to join our oncology clinic network in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensures exam rooms are ready, and helps manage patient flow across multiple LA-area locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR systems and inventory maintenance. This on-site, contract-to-hire position offers stability with a $23-$26 per hour rate and

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Certification from an accredited Medical Assisting Program is required.
• Proficiency in exam room preparation and supply maintenance.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to handle high-stress environments and make decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• CPR certification current.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, including cleaning, sterilizing, and stocking supplies.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain inventory management for supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care and satisfaction.
• Record patient information in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate and support patients regarding their condition and treatment plan.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
