Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians by performing routine procedures, assisting with tests, and preparing patients for examinations, while ensuring accurate EMR documentation.

You will manage patient flow, greet and escort patients, measure vital signs, assist with procedures, update EMR data, and communicate visit status to patients. Preference given to MA certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Prefer EMR experience and computer proficiency.
• Certification from a medical assistant program is a plus.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• 1+ years clinical or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
