• Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic and assist with patient care activities.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with vitals, injections, venipuncture, and vaccines as directed.
• Support clinicians and nursing staff and maintain clean, organized treatment areas.
• Interact professionally with patients and care team to promote satisfaction and confidentiality.
• Perform delegated procedures per specialty and follow established protocols.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
