Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification within six months in CMA/RMA/NCCT/CCMA/NRCMA required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow through the site; escorts patients, collects identifiers and vital signs per standards.
• Assists with procedures such as ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and CLIA-waived testing.
• Prepares and stocks exam rooms; maintains equipment, inventory, and cleanliness per protocols.
• Communicates with patients and care team to support timely, quality care.

Education

High school diploma or GED

American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
