Ardent Health Services is hiring a day-shift, full-time Electrophysiology Medical Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports patient care in a clinic-based environment under a physician-led team, with DE tasks and administrative duties as required.

A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is available. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, EMR and MS Office knowledge, and BLS within 14 days of hire.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsabilités

• Provision of patient care in a clinic setting and perform administrative and delegated clinical tasks as part of a care team led by the physician or APP.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant Non-Certified provides superior patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks that support patients in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician and/or advanced practice provider.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree.
• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
• Prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting supporting patient care
• Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
