Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant collaborates with a primary care physician to deliver high-quality patient care and a welcoming guest experience in our care model.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MA experience, completion of a Medical Assistant program, CPR/BLS certification, and MA certification/registration as required by location. Onsite work with competitive benefits is offered.

Formación

• 1 year of MA experience preferred in a primary care setting.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred or required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Take vitals and assist with procedures under the physician.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and check-in/out.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Record data accurately in the medical record per guidelines.
• Coordinate with care team to identify and address gaps in care.
