Trinity Health Corp. is hiring a Full-time Medical Assistant for the Day Shift in Fresno, CA. As the first clinical contact for patients, you will support clinical and administrative tasks under physician supervision, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth patient flow, handle phone and in-person interactions, and uphold the organization's mission while maintaining accuracy and discretion in all patient communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or two years of MA experience.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and flexibility.
• Strong computer skills with experience using medical systems.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the first clinical point of contact for SAMF- Internal Medicine LQMG patients.
• Perform clinical tasks under physician supervision when caring for patients.
• Provide excellent patient services via phone and in person.
• Collaborate with service staff to support direct patient services and administrative operations.
