Qualifications

• Successful completion of Medical Assistant Certificate program with relevant front and back office experience.
• Minimum 0-6 months related experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish is preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Heartsaver certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in examinations and procedures.
• Take vital signs and record in medical chart.
• Register patients and input data into system.
• Prepare rooms and ensure infection control and privacy.
• Provide patient care and health education to patients and families.
