Qualifications

• Bilingual requirement: Spanish
• Minimum experience in front/back office within past 12 months
• Preferred experience in orthopedic/pulmonary/cardiology/neurology MD office clinics
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Assist Therapist/Technician with equipment setup and maintenance
• Register patients and input data into computer systems
• Schedule appointments with strong phone and customer service skills
• Process, track and verify department paperwork
• Follow Palomar Health policies and support the health team
