Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is offering a Medical Assistant Paid Training Program designed to quickly prepare candidates for a Medical Assistant role.

The 12-week, full-time program includes classroom and on-site training, with pay starting from day one and progression to a full-time MA position upon successful completion. Qualifications include being 18+, at least 1 year of work experience, HS Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have at least 1 year of work experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be a US citizen or permanent resident/green card holder.
• HS Diploma/GED required; SEP training completion necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-week full-time training with classroom and office components.
• Paid from day one during training.
• Upon completion, transition to a full-time Medical Assistant position.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
