• Must pass drug screen and background check; U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 12-week paid training program (classroom 6 weeks; in-office 6 weeks).
• Work with Education Team and preceptor to achieve final competency check-off.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/CLIA and HIPAA; create positive impressions for patients.
