The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of MA-related experience or completion of an MA program, with preferred credentials such as CCMA/CMA/RMA/ARMA or EMT. Benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year MA, CNA, PCA, STNA, or SEH Clinical Care Tech experience or MA program completion.
• Completion of SEP Internship or EMT certification acceptable.
• Preferred: CCMA, CMA, RMA, ARMA or EMT credential.
• Degree in Health or Biological Sciences with hands-on clinical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Document patient history and clinical notes in chart.
• Provide instructions to patients and address exam concerns.
• Prepare patient for exams and assist providers during examinations.
• Perform nursing procedures under supervision.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens and perform basic tests.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by provider.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient charts and revenue-cycle forms.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of exam rooms and equipment.
