Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Lafayette, IN seeks a part-time Medical Assistant Instructor to teach morning and evening classes. Morning sessions run 8:30–1 and evening sessions run 5:30–10, Monday–Friday, year-round. The instructor will manage classrooms up to 24 students and deliver Ross curriculum with hands-on demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours in either day or evening sessions.
• Learning the material and delivering lectures and demonstrations, working from the Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• This is a part‑time position, typically 9-18 hours per week
