Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to become trained instructors for an evening class, 2-4 evenings per week. The role involves teaching year-round classes as Primary Scheduled Instructors or secondary as needed, with up to 24 students and 4.5-hour evening sessions.

Part-time schedule typically 9–18 hours weekly starting at 5:30pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and referral bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Individuals without formal education must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the medical field with a national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Medical Assisting classroom with up to 24 students.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Evening sessions are 4.5 hours long.
• Support teaching assistants and substitutes as needed.
