Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Experience in teaching or prior tutoring preferred.
• Able to teach 5 morning and 2 evening classes per week.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Maintain student records and support administrative tasks.
