Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue is seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our Pulmonary Clinic. You will greet and prepare patients, obtain vitals, and room patients for the healthcare practitioner.Responsibilities include care coordination, in-basket support, completing prior authorizations, and documenting patient encounters in the electronic medical record. This is a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm role with a sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or WA state standards is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH is required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for the healthcare practitioner.
• Obtain vital signs and room patients.
• Provide care coordination and in-basket support.
• Complete prior authorizations as needed.
