Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, collects information, and communicates with providers.
• Obtains vitals, performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy as needed.
• Maintains patient records in the EMR and assists with records requests.
• Adheres to OSHA compliance and participates in practice improvement initiatives.
