Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and serves as a communication resource, taking complete and accurate information in person and by phone.
• Obtains vitals, weight, blood pressure, pulse and temperature, performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy, and assists providers.
• Greets patients and escorts to exam rooms; ensures availability of x-rays, lab slips, and records.
• Assembles records and handles requests for patient information according to guidelines.
• Procuring medical records and updating patient EMR with new medications.
