Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; MA certificate required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience; computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office familiarity.
• Preferred: 1–3 years as Medical Assistant in a primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and escorts to exam rooms while maintaining confidentiality.
• Obtains vitals, performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy.
• Assists providers and staff; updates and maintains patient records in EMR.
• Implements quality control standards; supports practice operations.
