Atrium Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in Charlotte-area clinics. You will perform rooming, vital signs, med reconciliation, and histories, while assisting providers with procedures and lab duties in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; some divisions require CMA/RMA and BLS credentials.

Qualificações

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills including EMR use.
• Clinical knowledge for MA scope and patient care tasks.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to MA scope of practice and policies.
• Perform rooming tasks: vital signs, med reconciliation, history, screenings.
• Assist provider with procedures and lab duties including venipuncture and POCT.
• Administer meds and vaccines per rights; manage referrals and scheduling.
